Sachem East High School (NY) 2015 attackman Dan Daley has made a verbal commitment to play Division II lacrosse at Saint Leo University.

What will you major in/study? Undecided/Accounting
Why did you choose Saint Leo? “I chose Saint Leo almost immediately after I visited and met with Coach (Brad) Jorgensen. I really felt it was the perfect fit for me. The school itself was beautiful and you can’t beat the weather.
“From the second I walked on campus I knew I wanted to go there. I look forward to playing and learning more from the coaching staff.
“From an academic stand point, Saint Leo had smaller class sizes that I felt would be beneficial.”
HS Team’s outlook for next season? “I think next season will be a good one. I played with the guys this summer and I really feel we can be one of the top teams. Although we lost some exceptional seniors this past year, we pulled through with a strong summer record. I am anxious and excited to get back on the field this upcoming season.”
Thank You: “I wouldn’t be able to make my dream of playing college lacrosse come true if it wasn’t for my parents, high school coaches and the Saint Leo coaching staff. I’m thankful for the time and support that I have received from them.”
