Haverford school took over the No. 1 spot in the Mid-Atlantic Rankings after an overtime win over No. 4 McDonogh School and an 18-11 triumph over No. 5 St. Paul’s.

BoysMid-Atlantic Rankings

1. Haverford School (PA) 2-0
The Fords defeated McDonogh School in OT Tuesday and St. Paul’s, 18-11, on Friday. They host Hill Academy on Saturday.

2. Chaminade (NY) 0-0
The Flyers travel to take on Ward Melville Saturday. Follow us on Twitter for live updates.

3. Gonzaga (DC) 3-0
The Purple Eagles defeated Bishop O’Connell, Boys’ Latin, and St. Alban’s. They have Hill Academy, McDonogh, and Bishop Ireton on deck this week.

4. McDonogh (MD) 1-1
The Eagles suffered a tough loss to Haverford before bouncing back against Cardinal Gibbons. They play Durham Academy and Gonzaga this week.

5. St. Paul’s (MD) 1-1
The Crusaders defeated Paul VI before suffering a loss to Haverford School. They travel to Texas to take on Highland Park and Coppell before hosting Garden City on Saturday.

6. Calvert Hall (MD) 3-0
The Cardinals took care of Cardinal Gibbons and Cape Henry Collegiate and defeated Malvern Prep in OT Thursday after a comeback. They play Hill Academy Thursday and Loyola Academy next Sunday.

7. Landon (MD) 2-0
The Bears breezed by Dallas Jesuit and St. Mary’s Annapolis. They host Paul VI and John Carroll before traveling to take on Calverton.

8. St. Anthony’s (NY) 0-0
The Friars start their season March 31 against Holy Trinity.

9. Massapequa (NY) 0-0
The Chiefs begin their season Tuesday as they host Carey.

10. Malvern Prep (PA) 0-1
The Friars suffered a tough loss to Calvert Hall in OT Thursday. They play St. Mary’s Annapolis and Gilman this week.
