Why did you choose Hampton? “When I visited the team initially, they made me feel like I was a part of them. I also loved the small campus feel with the Division 1 athletics. Also with the school being the only HBCU to play in the 2016 season it’s historic.
“This is a huge step for the growth of the sport and I wanted to be a part of that.”
Outlook for 2016 HS season? “We are returning a lot of seniors this year so hopefully that leadership will help carry us this year and we will be able to compete in our conference.”
