This week’s TopLaxRecruits.com Mid-Atlantic Rankings:
Boys:
1. Haverford School (PA) 7-0
The Fords took care of Inter-Ac opponents Episcopal Academy and Penn Charter before eeking out an 8-7 win over Brunswick School at the Checking for Cancer Tournament. They’re at Germantown Academy today, and also take on undefeated Upper Dublin and Springside Chestnut Hill this week.
2. Massapequa (NY) 8-0
The Chiefs took care of Baldwin, Wantagh, and Kellenberg Memorial last week, limiting all three opponents to eight goals in each game. This week, they have Plainview JFK and Port Washington.
3. Landon School (MD) 12-1
The Bears were upset by California’s St. Ignatius Prep 10-8 in a huge victory for West Coast lacrosse, but bounced back as they defeated rival Georgetown Prep 6-5 in double OT. Their schedule doesn’t get easier, as they’re at Bullis on Friday.
4. Syosset (NY) 8-0
The Braves defeated St. Joseph Collegiate last week in their lone game. They have East Meadow and MacArthur-Levittown in action this week.
5. Hun School (NJ) 7-0
The Raiders defeated Princeton Day, Lawrenceville, and West Windsor-Plainsboro North. They have a big matchup on Thursday as they host St. Augustine Prep.
6. Gonzaga (DC) 10-2
The Purple Eagles defeated Bullis and California’s St. Ignatius Prep in action last week. They’re at Paul VI in action today, before playing New York’s Fordham Prep on Saturday.
7. Chaminade (NY) 5-1
The Flyers defeated Fairfield Prep and Manhasset in action this week. They face a big matchup tomorrow against St. Anthony’s.
8. McDonogh School (MD) 7-3
The Eagles entered MIAA play with a 9-6 win against St. Paul’s, but fell to Boy’s Latin 11-8. MIAA play continues this week, with Severn today, followed by St. Mary’s Annapolis.
9. St. Augustine Prep (NJ) 5-1
The Hermits defeated Shawnee and topped Episcopal Academy 8-6 at the Checking for Cancer Tournament at Haverford School. They face undefeated Hun School on Thursday, and also take on Rumson-Fair Haven as well.
10. Calvert Hall (MD) 8-2
The Cardinals edged out Boys’ Latin 15-14 in their MIAA opener, but lost to St. Mary’s Annapolis 12-7. They have Archbishop Spalding and St. Paul’s in more MIAA league play this week.

Girls:
1. McDonogh School (MD) 11-0
The Eagles edged out John Carroll, but took care of St. Paul’s and Bishop Ireton in action this week to stay undefeated. They play St. Mary’s today, and also take on Mount de Sales, Mt. Hebron, and Good Counsel.
2. Moorestown (NJ) 6-0
The Quakers eased by Clearview Regional to set the state record for consecutive wins at 83. They play Hopewell Valley today, before taking on a tough opponent in Shawnee and Westfield.
3. Manhasset (NY) 6-0
The Indians defeated Good Counsel 16-12 in a high scoring affair last week. They have Darien and Oceanside in back-to-back games Wednesday and Thursday.
4. Garden City (NY) 7-0
The Trojans had three close wins this week, defeating Skaneateles and Darien by one goal each, and North Shore by three goals. They take on Syosset today.
5. Mt. Sinai (NY) 6-0
The Mustangs pulled out tough wins against Eastport-South Manor and Shoreham-Wading River last week, and breezed by Christian Brothers. They play undefeated Huntington today, and also take on West Babylon on Thursday.
6. Mt. Hebron (MD) 6-0
The Vikings defeated Marriotts Ridge 9-7 last week, and also defeated Oakland Mills and Reservoir. They have River Hill today, as well as meetings with Howard and top ranked McDonogh.
7. Good Counsel (MD) 9-1
The Falcons lost to Manhasset 16-12 last Wednesday, but rebounded with wins against St. Anthony’s and Georgetown Visitation. They have Bishop O’Connell and top ranked McDonogh at home in action this week.
8. St. Anthony’s (NY) 3-1
The Friars lost to Good Counsel 11-10 at the SSSA Spring Fling on Saturday.
9. West Genesee (NY) 5-0
The Wildcats enter the Mid-Atlantic Top 10 after wins against Victor, Fayetteville-Manlius, and Pittsford to start 5-0 on the season. They have Cicero-North Syracuse and Christian Brothers this week.
10. Conestoga (PA) 5-1
The Pioneers continued Central League play with wins against Harriton and Radnor. They take on Strath Haven, Great Valley, and Manheim Township this week.
