Why did you choose Mount Olive? “I chose UMO because of the great vibe that they gave off. Once I stepped on campus I knew it was home. The coaches and players were all very welcoming and the school has some great majors and activities that I will be exited to be a part of. The school really backs their sports programs and they are currently in the process of a lacrosse only turf facility so we will be able to play to our full potential.”
Outlook for your High School team? “Our girls are off to a great start. After being 3-13 last year, winning our first 3 games this year is a big morale booster for us. We have new coaches and a very young team but we have been putting in the effort since December to show that we are contenders in the Ches-Mont league.”
Thank You: “First, I’d like to thank my parents (Gina and David) and my brother (Giovanni) for always supporting me in what I’ve done and always believing in me.
“Next I’d like to thank my high school coaches (Mike St. Clair and Erica Roebuck) for their guidance and enthusiasm this year. You guys have pushed me to be a better player this year and I thank you.
“I would like to thank my Brandywine Majors coach (ChristyAnn Morello) for the amazing opportunity to play for her and the continuous help on and off the field.
“Finally, I’d like to thank my UMO coaches (Grant Kelam and Theresa Walton) for this amazing opportunity to play for a new and upcoming team. I am so glad that I made this decision and can’t wait to come and visit again!”
